Jimoto was created by chefs Max and Doug, who met working side by side in professional kitchens and bonded over a shared love of Japanese flavour. After years of cooking for others, they wanted to bottle the kind of condiments they reached for themselves - the sauces that quietly make everything taste better.
Inspired by Japan’s everyday pantry staples, Jimoto is all about balance: savoury depth, gentle sweetness, clean acidity. Nothing overworked. Nothing unnecessary.
