Cham Cham started in a Melbourne kitchen, not a boardroom. Bora, a busy mum who wanted real Korean flavour without additives and compromise, turned to her husband Jake, a chef with nearly two decades of experience, and said basically what we all think: “There’s gotta be a better sauce.” 

He took that challenge seriously. What came out of it wasn’t another generic condiment - it was something punchy, layered, and unapologetically delicious.

The name “Cham” (참) means truth and full in Korean, and that’s the vibe here: honest ingredients, bold flavour, and sauce you feel when you eat it. These aren’t condiments that sit in the back of your fridge. They’re the ones you dip, drizzle, stir and splash on everything because they make even simple meals feel like you put in way more effort than you did.

Smoky gochujang with a hint of sweet fire. Ssamjang that brings umami and comfort to greens. Honey pepper ganjang that refuses to be just “another soy sauce.” All of them were born from real home cooking - a bit of necessity, a lot of flavour curiosity, and a belief that sauce should be as versatile as your appetite.
