Chotto Motto
Founded in 2019 by Dylan Jones and Tomoya Kawasaki, Chotto Motto began as a cult Collingwood gyoza bar, famous for its crispy-bottomed dumplings drenched in house-made Crispy Chilli Oil.
Their chilli oil became so popular they had to put it in a jar. What started as a restaurant favourite is now a fast-growing Japanese pantry range - from Crispy Chilli Oil (classic and extra hot) to Yuzu Hot Sauce and bold seasoning salts.
