Inspired by the land of ninjas, sushi and vending machines, comes a caramel so indulgent it could only be Koji Caramel. This salted caramel is like nothing you've had before - smooth, silky and luscious, with the right balance of sweet, savoury and umami thanks to our not-so-secret ingredient; red miso.

Sugar, Thickened Cream [Cream (Milk), Mineral Salts (450,500), Thickener (400)], Milk, Unsalted Butter [Cream (Milk), Water], Red Miso Paste (6%) [Soybean, Rice, Salt, Alcohol, Water], Stabiliser (415).
