Sunny Times Creamed Raw Honey 380g

Do you have memories of creamed honey from when you were a child? Breakfast at your grandparent’s on Summer holidays, with a tub of creamed honey on the table? We sure did and, so we thought we would recreate it!

100% pure Australian honey with nothing added – just a special technique. To make our creamed honey we start with our Sunny Times raw honey and add some naturally crystallised honey - almost like a sough dough starter. This honey is then spun in a honey creamer, cooled and slowly stirred intermittently over three days. This process breaks down the larger crystals to create an airy, silky-smooth texture with a more delicate flavour.
